Payment
Types of Payment Accepted:
Cash, Check, all major credit cards and any Flexible spending or Health Savings account options from your insurance company.
Cancellations:
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, and have not notified me with-in 24 hours of the appointment you will still be responsible to pay the full cost of the appointment.
Consultation:
I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to answer any questions or concerns that will help you feel comfortable making this important decision for you and/or your family.
